季遇是一個安靜的每日小儀式。這份條款很短，因為季遇要求你交出的東西也很少。
使用季遇
你可以在你自己的 Apple 裝置上，為個人用途使用季遇。從 App Store 取得的版本，另適用 Apple 的標準授權合約；這份條款補充其餘的部分。
請不要嘗試反編譯或破解季遇，也不要用它做違法的事。
還在測試中
季遇目前仍在 TestFlight 測試階段。它可能有缺陷，可能改變，也可能中斷。季遇以「現狀」提供，在法律允許的最大範圍內不附任何明示或默示的擔保。
你的東西是你的
你的照片、日子和題字留在你自己的裝置上。我們不取得它們，不使用它們，也不對它們主張任何權利。詳見隱私權政策。
因為一切都在你的裝置上，備份也是你自己的事。刪除 App、遺失或更換裝置，都會讓那些日子消失，我們手上沒有副本可以還給你。
費用
季遇目前完全免費，沒有任何付費項目或訂閱。如果將來改變，這份條款會先更新，而且不會回頭向你收取已經使用過的部分。
責任
在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們對於使用或無法使用季遇所造成的任何損失不負賠償責任，包括資料的遺失。
準據法與管轄
這份條款依中華民國（台灣）法律解釋與適用。因這份條款或因使用季遇而生的爭議，由中華民國法院管轄。
這不影響你依消費者保護相關法律所享有、且不得預先拋棄的權利。
變更
這份條款若有變更，頁首的生效日期會跟著更新。繼續使用季遇即表示接受更新後的條款。

Jiyu is a quiet daily ritual. These terms are short because Jiyu asks very little of you.
Using Jiyu. You may use Jiyu on your own Apple devices for personal purposes. Copies obtained from the App Store are also governed by Apple's standard licence agreement; these terms cover the rest. Please do not attempt to decompile or circumvent the app, or use it for anything unlawful.
Still in testing. Jiyu is in TestFlight testing. It may contain defects, it may change, and it may be interrupted. It is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your things are yours. Your photographs, days and titles stay on your own device. We do not receive them, use them, or claim any rights in them. See the privacy policy. Because everything is on your device, backups are yours to keep: deleting the app, or losing or replacing the device, loses those days, and we hold no copy to restore.
Cost. Jiyu is free today, with no purchases and no subscription. If that changes these terms will be updated first, and you will not be charged retroactively for use already made.
Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, Jiyu, including loss of data.
Governing law. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and disputes arising from them or from the use of Jiyu fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Taiwan. This does not affect rights you hold under consumer protection law that cannot be waived in advance.
Changes. If these terms change, the effective date above changes with them, and continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
