季遇把照片留在你的手機裡。這份政策說明有哪些東西真的離開了裝置，以及為什麼。它分成兩部分：App，還有這個網站。兩者收集的東西不一樣。
一、關於 App
沒有帳號
季遇沒有註冊、沒有登入、沒有雲端同步。你的日子存在你自己的裝置上，我們沒有一份副本。
照片
照片不會上傳到任何地方。季遇在裝置上只保存一份有界的縮圖（最長邊在 2048 像素以內）。這份縮圖是從純點陣圖寫出來的，所以在結構上不帶 EXIF，也不帶 GPS。
用相機拍下的原始檔會存進你自己的「照片」App，用的是「僅新增」權限，季遇讀不到你相簿裡的其他東西。如果你不給這個權限，原始檔會留在季遇自己的資料夾裡。兩種情況它都沒有離開你的裝置。
每天的紀錄
你的日子、顏色和題字，是裝置上的檔案，不會同步到任何伺服器。
沒有分析，沒有廣告，沒有追蹤
季遇沒有使用任何第三方套件、分析工具、廣告或追蹤程式，也不會要求追蹤許可。
位置
季遇只在你打開拍攝畫面、而且由你自己按下那個邀請時才會詢問位置，權限是「使用 App 期間」。
季遇實際保存的位置，只到大約一公里的粗略街區。精確座標只存在記憶體裡，唯一的用途是蓋在那張要存進你自己相簿的原始檔上。從相簿匯入的照片和詩不帶位置。
通知
所有通知都由你的裝置本機發出，不經過任何伺服器。內容只有介面文字、那一天的日期代號，以及一張用當天顏色畫成的小圖，從不包含照片或位置。預設是關閉的。
會離開裝置的兩件事
兩件都是 Apple 的服務，送出去的都是那個粗略街區，不是精確座標：
- 天氣：向 Apple WeatherKit 取得那個街區當天的天氣。
- 地名：向 Apple 的地理編碼服務換一個行政區或城市的名字，只用來顯示，不保存。
除此之外，季遇不會向任何伺服器發出請求。
刪除
刪除 App 就刪除了一切，因為一切都在你的裝置上。存進你自己相簿的照片屬於你，季遇不會動它們。
二、關於這個網站
這個網站沒有 cookie、沒有追蹤、沒有分析工具，也不載入任何第三方的檔案。
如果你留下了信箱
你的信箱和你選的那個節氣，會存進一份放在 Notion 的名單。我們在頁面上寫的是「只用來寄這一封信」，這份政策不會把它擴大。那不是訂閱名單，我們不會拿它寄別的東西，也不會給第三方。
伺服器端只記錄一次送出是成功還是失敗，不記錄信箱本身。
要移除你的信箱，寄信到 [email protected]，我會把那一列刪掉。
代管
網站由 Cloudflare Pages 代管。平台層級會有一般的請求紀錄，那是主機服務的常態，不在我們的控制範圍內。
三、其他
兒童
季遇不是為兒童設計的，也不會刻意向兒童收集任何東西。
變更
這份政策若有變更，頁首的生效日期會跟著更新。

Jiyu keeps your photographs on your phone. This policy describes what actually leaves the device, and why. It has two parts, the app and this website, because they collect different things.
1. The app
No account. Jiyu has no sign-up, no login, and no cloud sync. Your days live on your own device and we hold no copy of them.
Photographs. Nothing is uploaded. Jiyu stores only a bounded rendition on the device (2048px on the longest edge or smaller), written from a bare bitmap, so it carries no EXIF and no GPS by construction. Originals from the camera are archived into your own Photos library using add-only access, which cannot read the rest of your library; if you decline that permission, the original stays in Jiyu's own folder. Either way it never leaves your device.
Day records. Your days, their colours and their titles are files on the device. They are not synced to any server.
No analytics, no advertising, no tracking. Jiyu uses no third-party packages, analytics, ad networks or tracking software, and never requests tracking permission.
Location. Jiyu asks only when you open the capture stage and tap the invitation yourself, and only for when-in-use access. What Jiyu persists is a neighbourhood-coarse place of roughly one kilometre. The exact fix exists only in memory, solely to stamp the original being archived into your own Photos library. Imported photographs and poems carry no place at all.
Notifications. All notifications are local to your device and pass through no server. They carry only interface text, the day's date key, and a small image drawn from that day's own colours. They never contain photographs or a location, and they are off by default.
What does leave the device. Two Apple services, and both receive the coarse place rather than an exact position: Apple WeatherKit, for that neighbourhood's weather, and Apple's geocoding service, to turn the coarse cell into a district or city name for display, which is not stored. Jiyu makes no other network requests of any kind.
Deletion. Deleting the app deletes everything, because everything is on your device. Photographs archived into your own Photos library belong to you and Jiyu does not touch them.
2. This website
The site sets no cookies, runs no tracking or analytics, and loads no third-party resources.
If you left an address. Your email address and the solar term you chose are stored in a list held in Notion. The page promises that the address is used only to send one letter, and this policy does not widen that. It is not a subscription list, it will not be used for anything else, and it is not shared with third parties. The server records only whether a submission succeeded or failed, never the address itself.
To have your address removed, write to [email protected] and the row will be deleted.
Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Ordinary request logging happens at the platform level, as it does with any host, and is outside our control.
3. Other
Children. Jiyu is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes. If this policy changes, the effective date above will change with it.
