回報一個問題
如果可以，附上這幾樣，會省下一輪來回：
- 你的機型和 iOS 版本（設定 › 一般 › 關於本機）
- 季遇的版本（左側選單最下面那一行）
- 你當時在做什麼，還有你預期會發生什麼
- 截圖或錄影，如果畫面上看得出來
如果你是從 TestFlight 裝的，在 TestFlight App 裡按「傳送意見回饋」也可以，那會一併把裝置資訊和當時的截圖帶過來。
常見問題
我的照片在哪裡？
在你的裝置上。季遇不會上傳照片，也沒有雲端。用相機拍的原始檔會存進你自己的「照片」App。細節在隱私權政策裡。
怎麼刪掉我的資料？
刪除 App。所有日子、顏色和縮圖都在裝置上，跟著一起消失。已經存進你自己相簿的照片是你的，季遇不會動它們，要刪要留由你決定。
我在網站上留了信箱，想拿掉
寄信到 [email protected] 說一聲，我會把那一列刪掉。
換手機的話，日子會跟著過去嗎？
目前不會。季遇沒有雲端同步，日子只在原本那台裝置上。這是為了讓照片不離開手機所付出的代價，也是還在想的一件事。
通知一直沒來
通知預設是關閉的。到季遇的左側選單 › 偏好設定打開它，那裡也是唯一會詢問系統權限的地方。如果你之前拒絕過，要先到 iOS 的設定裡把季遇的通知打開。

Jiyu is still in testing. If something is wrong, write to me directly; email is fastest.

Reporting a problem. Where you can, include your device model and iOS version (Settings › General › About), Jiyu's version (the last line of the left-hand menu), what you were doing and what you expected instead, and a screenshot or recording if the problem is visible. If you installed through TestFlight, its own Send Feedback button attaches the device details and a screenshot for you.
Where are my photographs? On your device. Jiyu uploads nothing and has no cloud. Camera originals are archived into your own Photos library. The details are in the privacy policy.
How do I delete my data? Delete the app. Every day, colour and rendition lives on the device and goes with it. Photographs already archived into your own Photos library are yours to keep or remove.
Removing an address left on the website. Write to [email protected] and the row will be deleted.
Do my days move to a new phone? Not today. Jiyu has no cloud sync, so days stay on the device that made them. That is the cost of keeping photographs off the network, and it is something still being thought about.
Notifications never arrive. They are off by default. Turn them on in Jiyu's left-hand menu › Preferences, which is the only place the system permission is ever requested. If you declined before, enable Jiyu's notifications in iOS Settings first.
